If a User of the Site downloads software from the Site, the software (including all data, files, and images, contained in or generated by the software) is considered to be licensed to the User by WIDE-WORLD-ONE’s No rights transfer to the User, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. The Software may not be resold; reverse engineered, de-compiled, disassembled, or otherwise converted to a human perceivable form. The United States Export Control laws prohibit the export of certain technical data and software to certain territories.
